30-day money-back guarantee
We want you to be confident in your Getit membership. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your original order date for any subscription plan.
How to request a refund
Refunds are issued directly by us and processed via Stripe back to your original payment method. To request a refund:
- Email us at info@getitapp.online with your order ID or the email used at checkout, or
- Manage your subscription and payment history from the Membership screen inside the app.
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or card issuer.
Cancelling your subscription
You can cancel your subscription at any time from the membership screen inside the app. Cancelling stops future renewals; you keep access until the end of the current paid period. Cancelling alone is not a refund — to receive money back within the 30-day window, please request a refund as described above.
Renewals
Subscription renewals are charged automatically. If you forgot to cancel and were charged for a new period you did not intend to use, contact us within 14 days of the renewal and we will find a fair solution.
Concierge fulfilment & third-party costs
Where a concierge has already booked or paid a third-party supplier (hotels, flights, restaurants, experiences, gifting partners) on your behalf, those amounts are subject to the supplier's own cancellation rules and may be non-refundable. We will always be transparent about which costs are recoverable before a booking is confirmed.
Chargebacks
If you have a billing question, please contact us first — most issues are resolved quickly. Initiating a chargeback without contacting us may result in immediate suspension of the account pending investigation.
